• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.
• Any applicable taxes will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.

Packaging

Every toy is carefully cleaned, inspected, and securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Major parts missing that were advertised as included.
• Product significantly different from the description.

Not Eligible for Return

• Change of mind.
• Child does not like the toy.
• Minor cosmetic wear already shown or described in the listing.
• Damage caused after delivery.
• Normal signs of previous use clearly disclosed before purchase.

Return Request Process

1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your Order ID.
3. Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging.
4. Our support team will review the request within 2 business days.
5. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
• If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
